WHO WE ARE

Vanta is a collective of 11 robotics veterans who chose to restart as rookies.

We formed Vanta as a foundation project—an engineering incubator dedicated to building the permanent open-source infrastructure that we wish we had when we first started.

Lead Software and Coding
Head of the programming subteam, focusing on autonomous control and teleoperation optimization

Shlok Sheth

Software Development & Digital Strategy
Programs robot systems and custom software applications while driving digital outreach to expand team visibility.

Juan Acuna

Software Development & Mechanical
Integrates mechanical engineering with software development to construct hardware and code task-completion algorithms

Riddhi Patel

Business & Outreach Lead
Drives the team’s community presence and partnerships, building relationships with sponsors and organizations while shaping the strategy that keeps the team funded and visible.

Mechanical
Building, updating, improving and maintaining the robot to make sure it runs at the best of its ability.

Prabhav manages sponsorships and fundraising, sustains partnerships, creates strategies and promotes through branding and outreach to create community impact.

Armando Collazo

CNC Fabrication & Machining
Armando brings precision engineering to the team, utilizing CNC fabrication to create custom-machined parts that offer unparalleled strength and accuracy.

Eydan Collazo

Team Captain, Mechanical Lead & Design
Leads the team’s mechanical development and fabrication while designing, prototyping, and building robot systems as Vanta’s founder and Team Captain.

Rishik Muguda

Software Development/Programmer

Mechanical & Design
Contributes to the team’s mechanical development and implementation by designing and building robotic structures

Combines CAD and assembles robot mechanisms while improving functionality, reliability, and performance

Helps secure sponsorships, lead outreach efforts, and create social media content to promote the team and STEM.

Team Vice-captain, Design Lead & Mechanical
Leads the team's design process as the head of the design sub-team and assists in the entire robot building process from design to full assembly as well as the teams vice-captain.
